What the on-site crew can and can't post about our production work at the FIFA Fan Festival™ in Dallas. When in doubt, don't post — ask your lead.

The One Rule

AMS is always the subject.

The star of every post is our build, our gear, our crew. The festival is background, never the subject. We do not use FIFA or Host City names, logos, or branding to promote ourselves, and we never imply FIFA endorses or partners with us. We have no written clearance to feature FIFA branding — so we don't.

The Call

Green Light — Post Freely

  • The craft: truss & rigging going up, line arrays flying, lighting fixtures, gels, cable runs, dimmer city
  • The build: stage decking, scenic fabrication, load-in, load-out, build time-lapses
  • The crew: our team working, problem-solving, the call — people as the hero of the frame
  • The looks: empty-stage lighting washes, color & haze tests, console programming — no FIFA marks in frame
  • The gear: AMS-branded cases, trucks, tools, racks

Red Light — Never Post

  • Any FIFA / Fan Festival / Host City logo, graphic or mark as the focus — including on screens, signage, step-and-repeats & scenic we built
  • Partnership claims: "official partner," "proud to partner," "sponsored by FIFA / Dallas"
  • Anything implying FIFA endorses AMS
  • Other brands in frame — sponsor signage, beverage cups, competing logos
  • Finished "hero" shots where FIFA branding is lit and featured
  • Posting to or tagging official FIFA / Host City channels
Caption It Right
Say it like this ✓

"Stage build, lighting tests, and a lot of cable. This is what AMS does best."

"Proud to be the official production partner of the FIFA Fan Festival!"

"Building the FIFA World Cup stage in Dallas!" [tagging @FIFA, logo in shot]

The Five-Second Gut Check

Is the subject our work and our crew? Is any FIFA / Host City mark out of frame or out of focus? Does the caption avoid any claim of partnership? Three yeses → post. Any maybe → send it to your production lead first.
